Order Processing Time

Salt & Still pieces are generally made to order and the turn around time is noted in each listing. If you need a piece sooner, just ask! A faster production time will be accommodated if possible. 

Shipping - Quilts only

Domestic - Quilts ship USPS priority and require signature confirmation from the recipient. You will be notified once your order has shipped and supplied with a tracking number. 

International - Please contact me for a shipping quote before purchase. Quilt orders placed with the First Class International option at checkout will be canceled. 

Shipping - All other pieces

Salt & Still pieces ship USPS priority for domestic orders and USPS International First Class for international orders. You will be notified once your order has shipped and supplied with a tracking number. 

For international buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Unfortunately Salt & Still is unable to cover the cost of or replace parcels shipped internationally that go lost or missing. To add insurance to an international shipment, please email hello@saltandstill.com. 

Returns

All sales are considered final. If you receive a piece that doesn’t meet expectations, please send an email to hello@saltandstill.com so we can find a resolution. 

Textile Care

Each listing will have a note for how to care for that particular textile. In general hand washing in cool water with a gentle detergent and line drying is the recommended way to care for Salt & Still's naturally dyed and hand stitched pieces. 

Custom Work

Salt & Still is always open to creating custom pieces for individuals or shops. Please email ali@saltandstill.com to get the process started.
